Paul here from TAFE Online Campus Maritime Studies. Does anyone else find it odd in the Certificate IV in Maritime Operations (Master<45m) NC course there is a high risk unit dealing with confined spaces which on a vessel is typically done by the engineering crew whilst there is no unit dealing with Work at Heights which would be more relevant to the Master since changing masthead navigation lights for eg could involve Work at Heights?
